Wheaton native Peggy Cooley serves as the Director of Operations at Lange Financial Advisors. She brings a wealth of experience in strategic operations and organizational leadership, most recently from Bellevue, Washington, where she spent a decade working in operations at a boutique consulting firm. Prior to that, Peggy held key roles in Operations and Communications at nationally recognized brands including Victoria's Secret Beauty and Ann Taylor Loft in New York City. Her professional approach is defined by a deep commitment to efficiency, collaboration, and building meaningful relationships.

Outside of work, Peggy is a passionate music enthusiast and a proud supporter of the Oregon Ducks. She finds great fulfillment in spending quality time with family and friends and believes that authentic connections are the foundation of both personal and professional success. Peggy currently resides in Libertyville with her husband, Grahan, and their three wonderful children.

A breast cancer survivor, Peggy is an active community advocate, lending her time and energy to organizations such as the Cancer Wellness Center and Camp Kesem.
