Wheaton native Peggy Cooley serves as the Director of Operations at Lange Financial Advisors. She brings a wealth of experience in strategic operations and organizational leadership, most recently from Bellevue, Washington, where she spent a decade working in operations at a boutique consulting firm. Prior to that, Peggy held key roles in Operations and Communications at nationally recognized brands, including Victoria's Secret Beauty and Ann Taylor Loft in New York City. Her professional approach is defined by a deep commitment to efficiency, collaboration, and building meaningful relationships.

Outside of work, Peggy is a passionate music enthusiast and a proud supporter of the Oregon Ducks. She finds great fulfillment in spending quality time with family and friends and believes that authentic connections are the foundation of both personal and professional success. Peggy currently resides in Libertyville with her husband, Grahan. They have three wonderful children.

A breast cancer survivor, Peggy is passionate about giving back to her community. She lends her time and energy to organizations such as Camp Kesem, a nonprofit providing free programs and year-round support for children impacted by a parent’s cancer. Her commitment to advocacy also extends to children and families navigating the special education process. She works with families to help them understand and advocate for appropriate Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and educational accommodations, helping ensure students receive the support and resources they need to succeed.
